Map Access

Map access opens in the browser that completes a server-verified Creem checkout. If that access is lost, contact support from the same email address used at checkout and include the purchase date or receipt. After verifying the active purchase, support can send a time-limited recovery link that checks the current payment and refund status with Creem before restoring access.

Never email payment-card or bank-account details. We only need enough receipt information to locate and verify the purchase.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed when emailed within 7 days of purchase. Include the checkout email and a short note about the issue. See the Refund Policy.

Data and Privacy

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
