Free Test
The Money Pattern Test and its basic personalized result are free. Because no payment is collected for the free test, there is no refund process for that access.
Paid Digital Product Refunds
The Complete Money Pattern Map is a one-time $9.90 interactive educational digital product. If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@moneymatrix.ai. Include the email used at checkout, the product purchased, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days, although timing depends on the payment method and financial institution. Creem may also process refunds or payment disputes under its policies and applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
