We value your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us.

1. Information We Collect

  • Quiz data: quiz answers, primary money pattern, secondary pull, trigger signals, reset lever, and result parameters.
  • Contact data: email address if you request a result email, Map notice, purchase support, or follow-up emails.
  • Purchase verification data: Creem checkout, order, customer, product, transaction, refund, and access-verification identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Creem and are not stored by us.
  • Usage data: pages viewed without URL query strings, clicks, device type, IP address, user agent, and event timestamps for analytics and abuse prevention.
  • Consent logs: timestamp, form source, consent version, and related request metadata.

2. Personalization

The current Money Pattern Test and Complete Money Pattern Map use deterministic rules and structured quiz signals. They do not send quiz answers to a hosted AI model. If hosted text AI is introduced later, this policy and the relevant consent and provider disclosures will be updated before activation.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide your Money Pattern Test result and requested emails.
  • Create, verify, deliver, support, and revoke paid Map access when applicable.
  • Improve quiz completion, result accuracy, email delivery, and product experience.
  • Prevent abuse and maintain site security.

4. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with necessary infrastructure and product providers, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and Creem as Merchant of Record and payment provider. No hosted AI personalization provider is active in the current product.

5. Essential Cookies

After a verified Map purchase or support-assisted recovery, we set one first-party, HttpOnly cookie that restores Map access in that browser. It is necessary to deliver the paid product, is not available to client-side scripts, and is rechecked against the current Creem payment and refund status whenever the Map is opened. The cookie may remain for up to one year unless it is cleared earlier. The current product does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data We Do Not Collect

This product does not require bank account connection, investment account connection, transaction monitoring, payment card storage, or sensitive financial account data.

7. Retention

We retain email, quiz, and usage data for as long as needed to provide the requested experience, validate the product, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or until deletion is requested where applicable.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@moneymatrix.ai.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
